What does Scan actually check?
Whether AI can read your business information, find your site and key pages, and complete a task like getting a quote or booking. You get four scores, the single biggest problem holding the site back, and what to do about it. Scan is free — there is no paid scan tier.
Is this SEO?
No. SEO is about ranking in search results. Scan checks whether AI systems and agents can actually understand your business and act on it, which is a different and newer problem.
What if Fix can't fix something on my site?
We tell you plainly. Fix covers a defined set of standard, repeatable work. Anything outside that, like a custom booking system or a broken host, gets flagged as out of scope instead of quietly attempted.
What platforms does Fix support?
WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and standard static sites. Support is checked per site, not assumed.
Why is Monitor a monthly subscription?
Hours change, services change, and platform updates can silently break structured data. Monitor checks your site again on a schedule so a new problem gets caught, not discovered months later.
Who does the Fix and Monitor work?
A person. You pay, we get in touch, and we do the work by hand. Nothing about Fix or Monitor runs automatically today — we would rather say that plainly than let the word 'platform' imply a machine is already doing it.
How do you access my website?
We fetch it with an honest, disclosed identity. We never pretend to be Google, Googlebot, or any other platform's crawler.
Do you guarantee AI will recommend my business?
No. We fix what we can verify is broken. We don't claim to negotiate with or guarantee action from any specific AI system.
What is Payable?
A fourth category on our roadmap for when a customer's AI agent can pay for a service directly. Not built yet. We label it clearly rather than imply it works today.
What does it cost for more than one location?
Scanning is free for every location. Fix and Monitor are priced per location, because each one can have its own address, phone number, hours, services and booking path — $300 for the first location's Fix and $50/month for Monitor, with per-location rates after that.
